We assure our customers that FADES electrochromic products have exceptional quality, performance and durability, and will rarely if ever require service. We stand behind this and offer a limited one year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects (with valid proof-of-purchase). We will repair or replace the defective part for free (except for a fee for shipping and handling which will be paid by the customer). The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including scratches) or damage due to accident, abuse, misuse, modification, alteration, water, or battery failure. Break your glasses but think they can be fixed? We offer non-warranty repair service. Contact us with a brief description of the damage to begin the process and we’ll get back to you with an estimate for the repairs.
