We accept undamaged products for either an exchange or credit back to the purchasing card within 30 days of purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days after your returned item is received for a refund.
NOTE: FADES prescription (Rx) Sunglasses are bespoke and NOT eligible for a refund or exchange.
If your new product was damaged in transit, please contact us to initiate a return and get the replacement.

We assure our customers that FADES®️ electrochromic products have exceptional quality, performance and durability, and will rarely, if ever, require service. We stand behind this and offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects (with valid proof-of-purchase). We strongly recommend creating an account when making a purchase for tracking and warranty purposes.
We’ll replace the defective part or the entire item for free (shipping not included).
FADES Prescription (Rx) Sunglasses are not eligible for refund or exchange. Warranty service is available for prescription FADES sunglasses.
Other exclusions: scratches, damage from excessive wear, accidents, water, failure to follow instructions, and user-caused battery failure.
