Warranty Information

We assure our customers that FADES®️ electrochromic products have exceptional quality, performance and durability, and will rarely, if ever, require service. We stand behind this and offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects (with valid proof-of-purchase). We strongly recommend creating an account when making a purchase for tracking and warranty purposes.

We’ll replace the defective part for free (shipping not included).

Exclusions: scratches, damage from excessive wear, accidents, water, failure to follow instructions, and battery failure.

Broken sunglasses? We offer non-warranty repair service. Contact us with a brief description of the damage to begin the process and we’ll get back to you with an estimate for the repairs.
